While every construction project presents its own set of challenges, this undertaking demanded exceptional precision: demolishing four interior condo units down to the foundation and completely rebuilding them without disrupting the adjacent units on either side. Following a devastating fire at the Paragon Mill community in Burlington, Kentucky a prolonged pre-construction phase stalled progress and left displaced homeowners in limbo. Recognizing the urgent need for decisive action, the HOA board brought in CSP to restore momentum and direction.
