CSP completed a full interior demo and renovation to this 2-story home in Mount Adams. The house required full engineering to access the structural damage, termite damage, and rot. We took several steps to complete the major structural repairs and improvements to the foundation and 2×4 rough sawn balloon framed exterior walls. We also remediated termite damage, re-supported and leveled floors, installed engineered beams to open up the floor plan, and framed new walls.
